It proposes an installation of fluorescent lights, each with switches, where anyone can speak their mind, and advertise it to the entire bay....<br /><br />Currently, the City of Albany has been evicting people living peacefully at the Albany Bulb, sometimes destroying their belongings, and their makeshift homes.<br /><br />This participatory project is a last-resort platform for communication--a means of representing the underrepresented in urban space.<br /><br />I am currently looking for ideas (and funding) to turn this into a portable public installation.
